VIDEO:  How to download & use IsleHelp for payment on your account

TCI Waste Disposal has partnered with IsleHelp to make paying your bill even easier.  Now you can pay directly from your phone or computer using your credit or debit card. Please watch the short video tutorial or use the easy instructions below.

Isle Help instructions​

You can now submit payment online or on your phone using your VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, or debit card using the (free) Isle Help App. 

Here’s how:
Download the free ‘Isle Help App’ to your phone or mobile device

• For Android go to Google Play
• For iphones & iPads go to the App Store
• Search “ISLEHELP” and install
• or use the website on your computer– www.islehelp.net​

Registering with Isle Help:

• Go to the settings icon (top left icon)
• Sign up for an account – please note – NO SPAM emails will be sent to the
  email address that is used
• Password – must be a minimum of 6 characters in length. Please remember
  this password as it will be required at time of payment.

Making a Payment

• Choose service to pay (Monthly fee, extra pickup, etc) and press green + sign next to selection
• After selection, press gray bar at top of page with shopping cart icon and price
• Enter account number and review order
• Select green check out button at the bottom of the screen once the order has
  been reviewed
• Enter credit card information
• Security code is the three digits on the back of the card
• Save card – if you select this option you will not have to enter credit card
  information for the next purchase – you will only have to enter your Isle Help
  password
• Turks and Caicos new zip code is TKCA1ZZ
• Select Complete Purchase – a receipt will be emailed to you
